First off, we ask lots of questions!
Of course, the questions we ask depend on what type of website you have, whether it is an established website or you are starting fresh, and the particular things that you need.

Some of the things we might ask you include:

n	Can you describe your unique selling position (USP) - don't worry if you can't, but it does help!
n	Who are your customers?
n	What have been your most popular products or/and services?
n	Do you have a specific deadline for work completed by us?
n	Where do you want to be in one year's time?
n	Where do you want to be in five year's time?

Note: The above questions are tailored towards a business - we ask different questions if you require writing services for a nonprofit group, sporting association, hobby website or other.

What happens

n	You fill out our contact form, giving us some  preliminary information and background.
n	We contact you, and together we arrive at a total price for your project.
n	Via email or phone, we ask all necessary questions to enable us to get started. We find out what you want.
n	We might provide you with a report of recommendations - or for a simpler project, we may go ahead and complete the work.
n	We keep in contact with you throughout the process. We prefer email as we will both have written records of all communication. We inject or merge your individual style into the theme of each piece of writing.
n	We provide you with a draft version, with full details of what we have done and why. (Sometimes optimisation techniques might need explaining, such as why we used particular words in a particular sequence etc.)
n	Our focus is your satisfaction with all of our work, and we welcome your comments or requests for adjustments to the copy.
n	We provide you with all finished deliverables.
n	Copyright of the content becomes yours.
n	We're happy to revise, up to a whole month after completion! That is our guarantee to you.
